The index of happiness is directly proportionate to productivity. At the end of the day what an individual sees as happiness is important. In order to achieve maximum production it needs to be tackled at an individual level. A person wanting more money can be directly tied to his pay. Perhaps that person would work more for more money, for an individual looking for comfort, personalization would be an option thus resulting in more positive out put. But what would result in the best output is a driving force that would motivate a worker to work on a constant basis. Curiosity needs to be flickered with all the time. Like how a women in a bikini is always more intriguing than a naked women somethings needs to be left empty to be filled in. If this kind of motivation is drawn in the minds of people productivity can be maximized. Problem occurs when minds are a little lost. Motivation is the only solution.
